Homemade Frozen Fruit Bars and Coconut Smoothies

1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2-1 cup coconut water (fruit juice will work too)

Put the mango chunks into the blender first, then the raspberries. Pour in 1/2 cup of the coconut water, and secure your blender lid. 

Begin to puree, adding more liquid as necessary. 

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.

Enjoy outside on a hot summer day!

Spinach Coconut Blueberry Smoothie

Big handful baby spinach
1 cup blueberries (frozen)
1 ripe banana (optional)
Small palmful almonds (optional)
1 cup yogurt of choice (We prefer vanilla Greek.)
1 cup coconut water

Put ingredients in your blender in the order listed. Blend/purée until very smooth.
